Decisions, awards, or orders of the Labor Arbiter may be stayed by appealing such to the NLRC within ten calendar days from receipt thereof. If the judgment involves monetary award, the posting of cash or surety bond. In any event, the decision of the Labor Arbiter reinstating a dismissed or separated employee shall immediately be executory.
