a.
No child below 15 years of age shall be employed, except when he works directly under the sole responsibility of his parents or guardian, and his employment does not in any way interfere with his schooling. Any person between 15 and 18 years of age may be employed in a non-hazardous work. In all cases, any person below 18 years of age cannot be employed in a hazardous work.
b.
A househelp may be assigned to non-household work but his wage or salary rate shall not be lower than that prescribed for agricultural or non-agricultural workers.
